I don't know why all the hate? First off there is NO drive-thru, this location is located in Quaker Bridge MALL food court. Second, staff was so nice and the food was beyond hot (it was steaming and I burned my mouth oops) and tasted so fresh!!! Plenty of seating and would 100% recommend if you're on the hunt for an awesome chicken sandwich! So good!
Pretty nice ambience for a food court. The ghost pepper wings are more flavorful than spicy, so you can really taste the Cajun flavor. They are also very friendly and helpful with their service.

Not sure what all the fuss is about from others - came here today in the early afternoon and got two hot spicy chicken sandwiches. They were freshly made, delicious, and I continued on my happy way. Of course if you come here during non-peak times your chicken is going to have been sitting for a while. Especially now during COVID with much less traffic coming through. Be smart about the time you order/come here and this popeyes is no different than any other!
